The world’s fastest and longest inner-city zipline has returned to London.

Zip Now London arrived on the Southbank on May 22 and will entertain the city’s thrill-seekers until early September.

The 225-metre zip wire sees participants reach speeds of more than 30mph as they take in views of the Palace of Westminster and the London Eye.

The journey begin 35 metres above the ground in Archbishop’s Park, with adrenaline junkies experiencing a moment of free-fall with a ‘mega drop’ at the end of the run.

Participants also have the chance to set off and enjoy the ride at the same time as their friends and family, with three wires set up for simultaneous rides.

Founder Barry Shaverin said: “It’s great to give people another chance to experience London from a different perspective and do something a little bit adventurous in the summer”.

Prices for Zip Now London are priced between £16.50 for kids and up to £25.00 for adults. They can be purchased here.
