X Factor 2016 contestant Gifty Louise is not at all happy with Katie Price using the N-word on This Morning.

Phillip Schofield was forced to step in during today's (April 26) show when Katie twice used the N-word uncensored while live on the show, as she spoke about the horrific online trolling that her disabled teenage son Harvey receives.

Following criticism from viewers, Katie uploaded a video where she defended her use of the word because she wanted to "get it out there that it's not acceptable".

But that wasn't a good enough reason for Gifty, who has slammed her use of the word on Twitter in a series of posts.

"I really don't care whatever situation it is, if you're white don't use the world 'n***a' simple," she wrote. "It's the fact that we was so comfortable in using the word 4 times… bro…"

Some people continued to support Katie's use of the word by saying that she was speaking on behalf of Harvey, leading Gifty to respond: "Do you know the pain and suffering that comes from the word??... that's my question to you."

Gifty later wrote: "I find it funny when white people come and tell me how I should feel about a white person saying the word 'n***a' lol."

On the show, Katie used the N-word twice despite Phillip asking her to not say it again after first speaking it, leading her to respond: "Calling my son a n***a and stuff is just not acceptable."

This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
