Yahoo News X Factor: The Band features surprise audition by Celebs Go Dating star
Monday's premiere of The X Factor: The Band (December 9) featured a surprise appearance from Celebs Go Dating star Tallia Storm.
The new show, which will eventually see either a girl group or boyband battle it out to be crowned the nation's new pop sensations, opened with Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger holding a series of auditions for young pop star wannabes, and Tallia emerged as a surprise entry as she sang her own song to the two judges.

Following her audition, Simon and Nicole didn't seem too keen on her performance, declaring that she came across as more of a solo artist than a band member.
However, despite only really giving her negatives, Simon and Nicole sent her through anyway – because they thought she was "interesting".
As soon as Tallia left the room, Nicole immediately remarked: "She'll be a difficult one. She'll be difficult," with Simon replying in agreement: "100%."
Over the years, Tallia's been on a variety of reality TV shows, which made her appearance as a non-celebrity on X Factor: The Band slightly confusing for some viewers.
