Fans of the former X Factor winners have accused Nicole of “trying to steal the limelight” with “embarrassing mum dancing” in cruel online comments.
Little Mix opened the show for last night’s X Factor final, with Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock standing on top of the judges’ desk as they began to sing their hit song ‘Power’.
Seemingly unable to control her excitement, Nicole stood up, danced, and shouted before the song had even got started.
Taking to Twitter, disgruntled X Factor viewers claimed that Nicole was “ruining” the band’s performance, writing:

#XFactor I really wish Nicole would stop vying for attention! Every time someone is on she’s on her feet! & the camera goes to her! She was up in front of the camera, in the way when little mix were on!

The backlash comes after it was reported that Nicole was left “fuming” when X Factor boss Simon Cowell refused to let her perform with her finalist, Kevin Davy White, during Saturday’s celebrity duet segment.
Kevin, who left the competition that evening, instead performed with Britain’s Got Talent winner Tokio Myers.
A source told The Mirror: “Nicole couldn’t believe it when she was told Kevin would perform with Tokio.
“There was no discussion about it so it came as a huge shock.
“She went to speak to Simon about it but he had already made his decision and there was no changing it.
“Nicole was fuming.”
