X Factor’s Cher Lloyd looks the spitting image of Cheryl in new Instagram snap

Cher Lloyd has officially morphed into her former X Factor mentor Cheryl, with her glossy brunette tresses, glowing complexion and on fleek eyebrows causing us to do a double take over the weekend.

Cher, 23, shared a stunning snap on Instagram with her 2M followers, showing off her incredible Hollywood transformation while wearing a pair of black skinny jeans and a sheer lace top.

The comment section was flooded with heart-eye and crown emojis (because she’s a total Queen), as fans commented: “You’re just beautiful,” and another added: “You’ve always been an inspiration to me.”

Cher found fame after finishing in fourth place on the seventh series of X Factor in 2010, but has been living stateside for the past two years – recently returning to the UK and sending everyone into a total frenzy with her style overhaul.

Fans took to Twitter to praise the Swagger Jagger singer’s appearance, comparing her to former Girls Aloud star Cheryl, following a recent appearance on Loose Women.

One viewer wrote: “Thought Cher Lloyd was Cheryl Cole was most impressed by her transformation especially change of accent!” while another added: “Cher Lloyd really does think she’s Cheryl.”

Spotting the striking resemblance, panellist Janet Street Porter asked about her reported feud with Cheryl, 33, but Cher insisted that the pair “made up ages ago.”

She elaborated: “I had gotten married and she tweeted me and then when she got married I tweeted her. I’d hope to bump into her. Everything is fine there was never really an issue. But it was back when I was 16, this gob just ran away with it!”

Cher married her boyfriend Craig Monk in 2013 and since moving to the US she has toured with the likes of Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato – and if she ever wants to perform with Cheryl, she just needs to look into a mirror!
