Yates shuts down Cruz defending her position against Trump’s immigration ban

On Monday, May 9, former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates testified before the Crime and Terrorism Subcommittee on Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election. During the hearing, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked Yates about her opposing position on President Trump’s executive orders, and she shuts him down by defending her position with Constitutional Law.
