Year in review: 10 names we started searching for in 2019

Yahoo users have searched for thousands of people this year - and there are some who have suddenly peaked everyone’s interest.

Some of these faces were already familiar but did not feature very highly at all in searches in previous years.

However, people like Greta Thunberg suddenly rose to worldwide fame in the wake of the global Extinction Rebellion protests.

Some - like baby Archie - simply weren’t even born to feature, while others had yet to ascend to lead a major political party.

But that has all changed this year and here we show you the top 10 people we suddenly started caring about in 2019.
