Yellowstone future gets huge update after season 5
Yellowstone's future after season five has received a huge update.
Taylor Sheridan's Western drama is set to conclude on Paramount+ in November, though fans will be pleased to hear that it might not be last we see of the Duttons.
According to Deadline, negotiations are underway for a sixth season of the hit series with stars Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser in leading roles. They play Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, respectively.
It's been reported that deals aren't yet in place, though bosses are planning for Yellowstone to continue after the events of season five part two.
Digital Spy has reached out to Paramount for comment.

While a number of cast members are likely to return for a prospective sixth season, lead actor Kevin Costner won't be reprising his role of John Dutton.
Last year, the actor was reported to be exiting the series, and has since shut the door on any possible future appearances.
"It was something that really changed me. I loved it, and I know you loved it. And I just wanted to let you know that I won't be returning," he confirmed in an Instagram Reel.
"And I love the relationship that we've been able to develop, and I'll see you at the movies."

Following the conclusion of season five, Yellowstone fans can look forward to its new spin-off series The Madison, which stars Batman Returns actor Michelle Pfeiffer.
Other cast members include Suits star Patrick J Adams and Firefly Lane's Beau Garrett, plus newcomers Elle Chapman and Amiah Miller. Filming is expected to begin this month for a premiere next year.
The series will be the third spin-off in the Yellowstone universe following 1883 and 1923, and will follow a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana. The official logline for the show teases that "the series is a heartfelt study of grief and human connection".
Yellowstone returns for season 5 part 2 on Sunday, November 10 in the US and Monday, November 11 in the UK. It streams on Paramount+.
