[Bachelor spoilers ahead! You've been warned!]

  • Even though he doesn't meet her family, Peter Weber ends up keeping Victoria Fuller after hometown dates.

  • People on the internet are NOT happy about it!

*Sigh* Another episode of The Bachelor, another two hours of Victoria Fuller drama. So far, we've had drama surrounding Peter and Victoria's first one-on-one date, during which they went to see her ex perform, and then there was the whole debacle of people thinking that Victoria was lying about being scared of skydiving (lol). But this week, which also happened to be hometowns, the Victoria F. drama was truly next level.

During Peter and Victoria's date in Virginia Beach, Peter is approached by his ex Merissa Pence, who also happens to have been a friend of Victoria's and apparently knows the local tea. She warns Peter that "There's been many relationships broken up because of her," and adds, "I don't think you deserve what you're on a date with right now."

So Peter and Victoria get into yet another squabble (which is also what they did on their last date), and it's so bad that he ends up not meeting Victoria's family. However, that didn't stop Peter from choosing Victoria at the rose ceremony and sending contestant Kelsey Weier home.

And as you might've guessed, Twitter was *not* pleased with Peter's decision:

And my personal favorite tweet:

FWIW, Peter has already responded to some of the backlash over his decision making skills, saying, "I’m not making dumb decisions on purpose. I know everyone thinks I am and everyone thinks I’m being indecisive. And yeah, there was a lot of indecision, but that’s what you get when you date so many women at once.”

So I guess the moral of the story is: Don't date too many women at once, friends!
