York home rammed with huge cannabis grow 'in every room'
Police found more than they bargained for inside a York home after discovering cannabis being grown in every room.
North Yorkshire Police were surprised by the find after they executed a warrant in the Chapelfields area of the historic city on Monday, January 27.
Officers posted a picture of a police dog and the huge cannabis grow inside the property. They then asked for the owners of the plants to come and claim the 'lost' items.

A spokesman said: "Today your local Neighbourhood Team, together with Op Support Officers, executed a drugs warrant at an address in the Chapelfields area of York.
"Once inside the house officers found that the occupants of the address seem to have forgotten to install furniture and instead filled it with cannabis plants…in every room!
"If anyone would like to claim ownership of these plants then please get in contact by calling on 101, quoting reference number 12250015934."
