Our Yorkshire Farm's Clive Owen admits 'I'm getting older' as he makes career decision 'It's time'
In an emotional instalment of Our Farm Next Door, Clive Owen candidly discussed the transition phase on his farm, revealing to viewers, "I am getting old."
Clive shared insights into the day's work with a note on the weather: "We are cutting grass today. Now is our time, but the weather has been very unsettled," he remarked. "It is saying we might have three fine days, so we are having a go."
During the episode, viewers saw Clive's son Miles taking on more responsibilities, marking his "first time" tackling the task of grass cutting. Clive offered some behind-the-scenes perspective: "It is quite complicated, especially on these awkward fields."
Embracing the change, Clive laughed: "It is something I have always done, and it's lovely that I am not doing it. So, I am just telling him off, and he is fed up of me already," reports Leeds Live.

Cameras caught a moment between father and son as Clive cautioned Miles: "Turn across; just be careful here. Down, down, watch what you're doing."
Reflecting on the growth of his children, Clive expressed: "They're grown-up these lads, and it's good for them to take over these jobs. Miles is a young man now so, the mowing is for him."
Looking back at his own journey, Clive opened up to the camera: "The kids grow up and become men. I am getting older, and I am not as strong as I used to be so yeah, it is good that these young guys take over.
"It's time to pass on the baton and let them do more and more and that is how it is. I am here to watch over them and annoy them, and we will get there in the end."
Amanda Owen also took to X to confirm the end of the series, and while fans were gutted, it was soon announced that the Owens would be back for another instalment in the New Year.
She wrote ahead of the episode: "It's been a manic Monday so this is a late reminder that at 9pm you need to tune in to More4 for the last episode of Our Farm Next Door.
"If you miss it or forget then you can do the catch up thingy on All4."
"Really gutted as was enjoying watching this," one fan replied.
Another echoed: "Ah so sad it has finished, it relaxes me so much just watching the programme."
