Young Girl's Hopes of First Ride on School Bus End in Disappointment

A six-year-old from Choudrant, Louisiana, had a rough start to her educational career when her dreams of riding the school bus were crushed as the driver pulled off without her.

Krisi Jowers was recording what she figured would be her daughter Kally’s first ride on the school bus, but to their disappointment, the bus turned and continued on its way, due to a misunderstanding.

The video was posted to TikTok with a caption saying Kally’s “dream of riding the bus got crushed early this morning.”

Speaking to Storyful, Jowers explained there was a misunderstanding between her and the driver about the day Kally was due to begin kindergarten.
