Your view: Why are top leaders quitting the Congress?

With the Congress sacking Sachin Pilot as Rajasthan deputy chief minister, his exit from the party is almost inevitable. This is yet another instance of a young Congress leader not being happy with the leadership.

Why is the Congress facing internal strife? Why are top leaders like Jyotiraditya Scindia, Himanta Biswa Sarma, Jaganmohan Reddy and now Sachin Pilot quitting the party? Why is the Congress rewarding only the old guard loyal to the Gandhis? What stops the party from encouraging talented youngsters?
