Youth uses novel trick to get fish to catch themselves in southern India

A youth used a novel technique to get fish to catch themselves, before giving them away to locals in South India. The young man buried his unique wooden equipment in the mud where the water flows. A small pit is dug opposite the water flow. As the fish he is catching typically jump against the water flow, they fall into the pit. This is a unique technique that is used by the young people of Manamadurai area of Sivagangai District of Tamilnadu. The young men then gave the fish away free to locals.
