Zara Larsson revealed the show she prefers over The Simpsons and fans had some questions

Stop what you’re doing: Zara Larsson has causes a scene on the internet by dissing one of the most iconic animated shows ever.

Well, sort of.

Known for her honestly on platforms such as Twitter, one fan got more than they bargained for when asking the simple question of whether she likes The Simpsons.

What could possibly go wrong?

Surprisingly, the Swedish singer, who has 1.3 million followers on there, replied and in the process told us what she preferred.

And it wasn’t long before people started getting involved, after saying she liked Family Guy more.

Radio 1’s Greg James tweeted a jokey yet blunt response.

And then fans playfully started tweeting her back with their own questions and hot takes on the matter.

Inevitably someone started talking American Dad! and things got complicated.

So complicated, in fact, that equations were drawn up and the shark had officially been jumped.

And of course Rick and Morty was brought up – although she gave no indication whether she was a fan of one of 2017’s biggest animated shows or not.

Thankfully things didn’t actually get heated or angry in any way, shape, or form, but it’s just another example of how the Symphony vocalist interacts with her adoring fan base.

Now we’re just waiting for someone to ask her whether she likes Game of Thrones…
