Zara Tindall 'very close' to brother's new girlfriend who 'keeps an eye' on her children
Zara Tindall is reportedly "very close" to her brother's new partner, who often helps "keep an eye on" her children.
This comes as ex-England rugby star Mike Tindall was seen on childcare duties while Zara participated in the Burghley Horse Trials. Mike, 45, was accompanied by Zara's brother Peter Philips and his girlfriend Harriet Sperling.
Eyewitnesses noted that Mike was fully engaged in fatherhood, keeping a watchful eye on young Lena and Lucas. Their eldest child Mia, 10, had more freedom to explore the site, equipped with an Apple Airtag to prevent her from getting lost.

HELLO! magazine reported that at one point, Harriet stepped in to manage a lively Lucas. An insider shared: "Peter and Harriet are clearly getting on very well and she seems to be close to Mike and Zara too."
Unfortunately, Zara, who is the niece of King Charles, suffered a fall during the equestrian event, forcing her to withdraw from the cross-country trials.. Harriet, an NHS nurse and freelance writer, made her public debut with Peter in May at the Badminton Horse Trials, where they cheered on Zara. The couple were later spotted together at the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire.
Since then, Harriet has been seen accompanying Peter at Royal Ascot - a favourite event of the Royal Family - and Wimbledon. She was recently spotted at the launch of Cooking and The Crown, a book by Queen Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles.
Peter, the eldest offspring of Princess Anne, parted ways with Autumn Kelly in 2019, and finalised their divorce in 2021. The former couple co-parent their two children, Savannah and Isla Elizabeth.
Harriet has also been navigating looking after her own daughter. In a deeply personal piece for Woman Alive under her maiden name Harriet Sanders, she shared insights into the "uncertainty" of single motherhood.
She expressed: "The unique relationship between a single mother and her child is forged in the fires of struggles and victories. It's a bond characterised by a love and survival against the odds."
