From faux locs to big curls, Zendaya has proved time and time again that when it comes to hair, she is quite the chameleon. On Monday, she attended the British Fashion Awards wearing a striking black gown topped off with a blond pixie haircut that was hard to miss. The 21-year-old flaunted her new ’do on Instagram with the caption “A platinum blonde pixie tonight cause why not?”

Chances are it’s a wig, given how quickly she’s always able to switch up her strands — unless, of course, she simply has the strongest hair in the world (which wouldn’t be hard to believe). Just a few short months ago, she showed off an amazing Afro that really had people talking on Instagram and revealed that her hairstyle was inspired by her “stunning aunties” and “a hint of Angela Davis.”
