Princess Beatrice's ex-boyfriend Dave Clark has married his new partner, Lynn Anderson, two years after he and the royal split in 2016.

Clark, who works for aerospace company Kittyhawk, proposed to American advertising executive Anderson in May 2017. The couple tied the knot Borgo Egnazia, a five-star coastal resort in Puglia, Italy, on Saturday, the Daily Mail reports.

The venue is said to be one of the most luxurious hotels in southern Italy, with stunning sea views, a golf course and two private beaches. Set in 40-acre grounds, it is also where Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake got married in 2012.

Clark and Anderson hosted a beach club-themed reception later in the day, with guests including celebrity manager Scooter Braun, and Portuguese model, Sara Sampaio, who both shared photos from the celebrations. Actor Ashton Kutcher, a friend of Clark's, was also reportedly in attendance.

"Congrats to David and Lynn Clark on a beautiful wedding filled with laughter and love and more laughter and some dancing and some donuts," Braun wrote on Instagram. "Shotgun Anderson will always be my hero. Love to you guys and your new family".

Pictures shared by another of the wedding guests showed off Anderson's beautiful lace bridal gown, alongside a sweet photo of the happy couple driving off in a vintage red car.

It was confirmed that Princess Beatrice and Clark had split in August 2016. Following news of the break-up, reports claimed that their decision to end their long-lasting relationship was "mutual."

Although they are still said to be friends, Beatrice did not attend her ex-boyfriend's wedding. The 29-year-old royal was photographed on holiday in the south of France with her mother, Sarah Ferguson, over the weekend.
