Blink 182 have confirmed that they are hoping to buy a boat so that they can tour Europe. The band, comprised of Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker and Matt Skiba, are currently unable to tour as a complete trio because Travis no longer flies after almost losing his life in a plane crash back in 2008.
