JJ Abrams is no stranger to science fiction. Most recently, he’s been involved with HBO hit Westworld – and it looks like he’s set to deliver another one. It’s recently been announced that Abrams will be executive producer on new HBO programme Glare, which is set to be made by his production company Bad Robot.
There’s a solid argument to say Westworld is 2016′s most exciting new show. Its pilot was full of intrigue and the thrill of a brand-spanking fresh series that hinted at its potential in the trailers.
Westworld started on Sky Atlantic this week and people were just a teeny bit excited to see J.J. Abrams’ latest TV show.
The composers who create these scores are masters of the field, immersing us in these worlds like no other can, and for me, my favourite of them all is Michael Giacchino. In this emotionally poignant scene, the music builds and pure joy is punctuated by a foreboding finish which tells us that this is only the beginning.
