Drive-thru theft: Criminals make off with cars from showroom - after hiding in the BOOT

Thieves hid in car boots at a dealership - before creeping out into the showroom after hours and stealing brand-new vehicles.

The criminal gang were caught on security CCTV clambering from the car boots before driving off with new Kia models from a showroom in Ishoj, Denmark.

In the footage, one man holds an iron bar and strolls over to a car boot to release an accomplice.

The group are then spotted walking to a counter, opening a box on a wall and grabbing keys to get access to the vehicles.

It’s not known how they got into the car boots in the first place without being spotted, or how long they were there for before escaping.

One of the gang members opens the door of the showroom, and minutes later three Kia car are spotted being driven away, as the gang are joined by a third accomplice.

CCTV captures the group driving around the outside of the showroom, before making their escape through a set of gates.

Danish police have yet to track down the thieves.
