Euro 2012 Draw

England will face France and Republic of Ireland play Croatia in their opening games of the European Championships.

The draw for the Euro 2012 Group stages has been made in Kiev capital of co-hosts Ukraine.

The tournament includes 16 teams in four groups.

England have been drawn in Group D with Ukraine, Sweden and France.

Republic of Ireland have been drawn in Group C with Spain, Italy and Croatia.

England will face France in their opening game of the tournament on 11th June in Donetsk.

They then play Sweden in Kiev on 15th June and finally Ukraine on 19th June back in Donetsk.

Republic of Ireland will face Croata in their opening game on 10th June in Poznan.

They then play Spain in Gdansk on 14th June and Italy in Poznan on 18th June.
