Scotland And Wales Ring The Changes

Scotland and Wales have made numerous changes to their teams ahead of this weekend's final world cup warm up matches.

There are 14 in the Scots team for their match against Italy - Graeme Morrison is the only player to keep his place in the starting line up.

After long injury breaks, Chris Cusiter (calf) and Euan Murray (Achilles) have been offered chances from the reserves. Rory Lamont earns his first cap of the year at fullback, and lock Alastair Kellock will captain the side.

Wales have made nine changes to the side that beat England for their final warm up game with Argentina.

Ryan Jones will skipper the team for a record equalling 28th time. Adam Jones, Lee Byrne and Leigh Halfpenny are all back from injury.

Flanker Martyn Williams, earning his 99th cap, hooker Richard Hibbard and scrumhalf Tavis Knoyle will also make their first starts in the last of three tests ahead of the World Cup which starts next month in New Zealand.
