Sex Tape And The Interview Up For Razzies

As Hollywood prepares to honour the best films of the last year, a provisional shortlist for the worst has been leaked online.

Transformers: Age Of Extinction, Sex Tape and The Interview are among those expected to be nominated for Golden Raspberries, or Razzies, this year.

The list, obtained by the website Gold Derby, states that Seth MacFarlane's A Million Ways To Die leads the way with eight nominations.

Sex Tape, which stars Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel, was panned by the critics and is thought to have been named in six categories, including worst onscreen duo.

And just weeks after The Interview was finally released, Seth Rogen and James Franco are both named in the worst actor category, and are also shortlisted for worst duo.

The film's release was originally cancelled following a cyber-attack and threats of violence against cinemas that chose to screen it but has now become Sony's highest-selling online film of all time.

Adam Sandler, whose films regularly feature in the Razzies, is once again nominated for worst actor for his film Blended, with his co-star Drew Barrymore up for worst actress.

She will be 'fighting it out' for the prize against Diaz and Horrible Bosses 2 star Jennifer Aniston, among others.

Voting for the Razzies closes on 10 January and formal nominations will be announced on 14 January.

The Razzie awards launched in 1980 as a spoof of Hollywood's awards season.

In the past, films such as The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 and The Last Airbender have received the uncoveted worst film award.
