A new estate of luxury homes is being constructed in a village near Darlington.
The development, at Walworth Castle, notably stands out for its pleasant atmosphere, amenities, and value for money.
Gillian Chapman, sales manager at Walworth Castle, expressed a positive outlook for the development.
She said: "This will be a wonderful site when it is fully realised.
"It is in some of the loveliest countryside imaginable and yet it is only a short drive from Darlington, with all the amenities it has to offer."

Currently, the development boasts nine homes, with an additional 20 houses planned to be built in the first phase of construction.
It is envisioned that there will be up to 100 more homes built in two future phases.
To give potential buyers a feel of what park living entails, open days have been scheduled for July 12-14.
The residential park at Walworth Castle is exclusively for individuals over the age of 45, providing a peaceful and secure environment for its residents.
