My £2.50 IKEA buy loved by Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch solved a very smelly problem

There's nothing as annoying as a lingering smell you simply can't get rid of in your home.

I'd known where the smell was coming from - it was all my dog's fault - but he loves his smelly dog treats that much that I didn't want to get rid of them completely.

We'd tried putting them inside a number of tubs to stop the smell of the sprats spreading across the house, but nothing seemed to do the trick.

That's why I decided to invest in some of the best buy IKEA jars loved by Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch.

The cleaning queens love them so much that when they recommended them a while back as one of their many home organisation storage solutions, the Swedish retailer quickly sold out of them.

Stacey, host of BBC show Sort Your Life Out, used the products to create sneaky extra storage in her craft cupboard, but the KORKEN jars are used for all manner of things - from dishwasher tablets to food items like pasta and rice.

A one-litre jar costs just £2.50, or you can get a 0.5L one for £1.75. They have mini ones too, with a set of three 13cl jars selling for £2.75.

The jars aren't the only thing I've copied from the cleaning queens to help organise my home.
