According to the sheriff’s office, Kolby Dwayne Roach, allegedly assaulted a Titus County deputy in 2022 but failed to comply to his probation requirements which triggered a warrant for his arrest.
The sheriff’s office said they tried to locate Roach for over a year and decided to enlist the help of Missouri law enforcement.
Roach reportedly accumulated felony charges in Missouri for being in the state while being a fugitive and was taken into custody, a release said.
“Fugitives could save themselves a lot of stress and worry with just turning themselves in at a time and a place of their choosing rather trying to postpone the inevitable,” Titus County Sheriff’s Office said. “Felony capias’ and felony arrest warrants do not have an expiration date.”
