Ken SIMPSON

97 Today.

We sit, we think
Recalling times gone by
We smile at the memories
Sometimes we even cry

Especially on your birthday
Which is today
We want to give you presents
Like before you went away

But we know that we can’t
So all we can do
Is lay flowers at your resting place
And say a prayer or two

We’ll ask God to take care of you
While we are apart
And pass on all the love we send
From each and every heart

We’ll tell God that we miss you
Each and every day
But more so when it’s special
Like on your birthday

So a happy happy birthday wish
Is coming to you above
So catch it and keep it safe
Because it’s filled with love

Loved and missed always by your devoted wife Audrey and family xxxxxxxxxxx

Also remembering Kenneth (son) who passed away 11th May 2019 and who would have been 74 on the 5th May 2024
