It’s looking like a decent weekend on the small screen, with the return of hit drama Lupin on Netflix and our first proper look at Jeremy Clarkson's new adventures on his farm among the programmes to look forward to.

Then of course, the weekend also brings the eagerly anticipated start of England’s Euro 2020 journey.

Here are some of this weekend’s viewing highlights:

Friday, 11 June

Former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson’s new series arrives on Amazon this weekend.

The show follows the TV star as he embarks on a new challenge looking after a 1,000-acre farm in the Cotswolds.

There has been plenty of buzz about it for a while and from what we know so far, viewers will get to see Clarkson growing his own crops and dealing with livestock as he gets used to life on Diddly Squat Farm.

Lupin - Netflix

Friday also sees the return of Omar Sy in the second series of Lupin.

The French mystery thriller follows gentleman thief Assane Diop, whose life was rocked when his dad died after being accused of a crime he did not commit.

The series premiered on streaming service Netflix in January and was a massive hit with viewers and critics.

It was watched by 70 million households in its first month.

Saturday, 12 June

EastEnder Danny Dyer is back for a new run of his gameshow The Wall.

The show features a wall filled with slots for balls - green balls are used when the question is answered correctly, and red balls mean the contestant got it wrong.

Saturday's episode sees a couple from Manchester trying to win big.

Sunday, 13 June

England V Croatia – 1pm on BBC One

Sunday sees England start their bid for glory at Euro 2020.

The team kick off their championship with a match against Croatia.

The game promises to be something of a nail-biter, as it was Croatia who knocked England out of the World Cup back in 2018.

Time - 9pm on BBC One

Sunday also sees the second instalment of Time, the gritty BBC drama that had viewers gripped when it premiered last week.

The show stars Sean Bean as a man getting used to life behind bars.

He meets a prison officer, played by Line Of Duty star Stephen Graham, who is trying to watch out for those in his charge.
