Eminem fans - time to Lose Yourself once again
50 Cent has confirmed plans to reboot cult film 8 Mile with collaborator Eminem.
The original 2002 movie, a semi-autobiographical tale on Eminem's life, has developed a cult audience in the 20 years since its release.

Now 50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - has announced plans to bring it back in a longer format.
The rapper and producer, who is behind the popular Power franchise, has confirmed Eminem - real name Marshall Mathers III - is also involved in the project.
Speaking on BigBoy TV, Jackson explained: "I wanna bring, I’m gonna bring, 8 Mile to television. It’s gonna be big. I’m working. I ain’t got no duds. I’m batting 100. I think it should be there for [Eminem's] legacy because it’s important to me that they understand it.
"I think it should be there for his legacy, because if you don’t see… it’s important to me that they understand it, you know what I mean?"

The original film saw Eminem star alongside Brittany Murphy, Kim Basinger, Mekhi Phifer and Anthony Mackie as B-Rabbit a wannabe rapper struggling to make ends meet in Detroit, Michigan.
Working at a car plant by day, he lives with his mum and younger sister in a trailer park.
In real life, following his own success, Eminem would go on to launch Shady Records, with Jackson being one of his first major signings.
Jackson has never forgotten the break Eminem gave him, with his work as 50 Cent and as a television producer making him a multi-millionaire success story.

In 2022, the duo reunited on an international stage, joining Dr Dre at the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
“I have so much value for him, not just in my career, just in my life,” Jackson told Music Choice in 2014. “He’s a guy that’s one of my best friends because I can trust that he’s gonna be honest in his constructive criticism.”
