You can get up to £81k off the cost of a home on this estate - here's how

House-hunters can save up to £81,000 on the price of their new property - if they meet two of the four rules. St Modwen Homes is building the Blythe Fields estate, on the outskirts of Blythe Bridge.

The development includes a number of 'discount to market' homes which allows the properties to be sold for up to 30 per cent below market value. To qualify house-hunters must have lived in the Cheadle area for the last six months, have a family association with the area, or work in the area. Their household income cannot exceed £80,000.

A St Modwen Homes spokesman said: "The development is ideal for a range of buyers and is situated five miles from the city of Stoke-on-Trent. Blythe Fields is also a great choice for commuters, with the A50 and Blythe Bridge railway station close by. For those who love the outdoors, Trentham Gardens and Trentham Shopping Village are just six miles away, and The Monkey Forest just seven miles away."
