The Easy On Me singer – who is estimated to have lost around seven stone since her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki in April 2019 – was taking part in a blind taste test of traditional British dishes for Vogue when she said she still ate junk food.
Adele said: "Just because I lost weight, I [still] know everything there is to know about food! I eat so much food still."
The 33-year-old star added: "My last meal would be a McChicken Nugget, with a Big Mac and then fries – that's my three courses. I eat it at least once a week."
Adele – who is mother to nine-year-old son Angelo–- also confessed a love of Nando's chicken with rice, coleslaw and fries, and Terry's Chocolate Orange – adding, "I can woof one of those down."
The Skyfall singer revealed: "I carry little sachets of Heinz ketchup with me everywhere. A bit like Beyoncé has hot sauce in my bag, I have Heinz ketchup."
The London-born singer – who also revealed she likes sugar in her tea and a battered sausage with her chips – said she learned to cook when she first lived on her own.
She said: "I learned to cook on my own. I was on my own when I was 18, maybe like two months, and I was getting loads of takeaways and it was just costing my too much money. So I think I read 30 Minute Meals by good old Jamie Oliver, that's how I learned the basics of cooking."
She added: "I do make – even Italians that I know have said this – that I make an incredible spicy pasta."
Adele graduated from the Brit School of Performing Arts in South London when she was 18 and skyrocketed to fame in 2008 with her debut album 19.
Last year the Someone Like You singer's former personal trainer Camila Goodis told ITV’s Lorraine that she credited the singer’s weight loss to a plant-based diet and Pilates.
