Adorable Turtle Rushes to Greet Owner When She Returns Home

An adorable pet turtle excitedly greeted his owner when she returned to their Minnesota home, heartwarming footage shows.

Minneapolis resident Ashley Hadtrath filmed the video of her turtle Sheldon leaping from where he was perched in his tank to quickly swim over to where she was standing.

“Hi Sheldon, hey,” Hadtrath can be heard cooing in the clip, as Sheldon intently looks up at her.

Hadtrath told Storyful that she found Sheldon as a baby, and that he “immediately” became attached to her.
