Ben Affleck has reportedly been leaning on his lifelong friend and collaborator Matt Damon amid issues in his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.
A source tells the Daily Mail that Matt has been encouraging Ben to" focus on his work" amid tension in the marriage, saying "Matt tried to warn Ben when he got back together with JLo that this could happen. Matt was there to help Ben get it together after their first split and he felt like this would happen again."
Apparently, Ben has "always been in awe" of Matt's "successful marriage" of 18 years to his wife Luciana Barroso. Meanwhile, as "things started falling apart" between Ben and J.Lo, Matt's told his friend that he wants him to stay focused on work: "Ben spent so much time focusing on JLo's projects just like he did the first time around. He told Ben, 'What has she ever done for your career?'"

As for where Bennifer stand, they couple was seen reuniting in Los Angeles this week following J.Lo's solo trip to Europe—where she was spotted lounging on a boat in Italy and attending Paris Fashion Week.
