Airline easyJet issues update on hundreds of flights from Birmingham Airport

Low-cost airline easyJet has issued a big update on hundreds of thousands of seats for passengers set to fly from Birmingham. The discount travel firm, which opened its new base in the city just a few weeks ago in March, is already looking ahead allowing travellers keen for a getaway to get organised with their flight plans.

The firm confirmed its spring 2025 schedule is now on sale, 12-months ahead of time, offering ‘great value fares’ for a number of Easter or spring destinations. Those looking to book their trip to some 27 destinations across Europe, north Africa and the Middle East from BHX, can nab their place now from £29.99 per flight between March 3 and June 15, 2025.

In opening its new base in the city, the firm offered 16 new routes including German capital, Berlin, coastal and cultural hotspot, Barcelona, to sun destinations including Enfidha, in Turkey and Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.

Other destinations include Amsterdam, the Algarve, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow, Geneva and Miland. Or the Costas, Blanca, Brava, Del Sol and Dorada in Spain along with Canary Islands Tenerife and Fuerteventura. There’s also French cities Paris and Lyon.

As well as flights the firm has also launched thousands of package holidays for spring 2025, available to book through easyJet holidays, with a choice of more than 7,000 hotels to choose from. The trips are covered by the firm’s ‘Ultimate Flexibility’, offering travellers the freedom to change a booking, a refund guarantee, and best price guarantee. The package deals also offer ‘thousands of free kids spaces’.
