Following a five-month investigation into the incident, it has been decided that the former Big Brother star will not face trial for appearing to throw a champagne glass at Farrah Abraham.

A trial had been set to take place in March with host Rylan Clark, actress Vicki Michelle and two producers expected to give evidence, however, will now not be taking place.

A source said: “The CPS saw the finally saw the evidence from the show and agreed Aisleyne had no case to answer.

"Aisleyne stuck to her guns and was prepared to have her day in court. Thankfully the CPS decided she did no wrong, unlike two of her co-panellists.”

Last September all hell broke loose on the show after an argument between Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and Farrah Abraham ended with Farrah throwing a glass at the reality star.

Show guest Vicki Michelle got caught in the crossfire and ended up in hospital while apparently Janice Dickinson got involved too and ‘threw a chair’ before the show promptly came off air.

At the time, Channel 5 released a statement saying: “Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side was interrupted this evening due to an incident on the set.”

Despite Farrah’s accusations of being injured during the incident, Aisleyne denied charges at a hearing in Stevenage last Monday.

Janice Dickinson, meanwhile, received a police caution after allegedly throwing a chair at the Teen Mom star.
