Amanda Holden sparks new 'feud' rumours after 'shading' former star on Britain's Got Talent
Britain's Got Talent fans believe they've spotted a 'new feud' after Amanda Holden took another swipe at a former show star. It was just this morning that judge Amanda, 53, was accused of 'shading' former winner Paul Potts in the talent show's latest series.
And now it looks like she's done it again after telling contestant Lucy Heath and her canine companions that they'd been BGT's "best dog act ever". This comes despite Ashleigh Butler winning the show in 2012 with her late dog Pudsey, who went on to become a superstar in his own right.
The ITV favourite returned to our screens this weekend, with new hopefuls standing in front of Amanda, Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and head judge Simon Cowell for their shot at stardom. Following The contestant's audition, the actress was full of praise for dog trainer Lucy in her feedback.

She joked, "You are incredible because I can just about get my dog out in the garden for a wee. It was incredible. I would agree with Bruno and go as far as to say it's the best dog act we've ever had on the show."
The delighted hopeful couldn't contain her joy after being sent through to the next round with four yeses. However, the same couldn't be said for viewers at home, who shared their dismay at Amanda's comment online.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one user fumed, "Best dog act? ? ? Scuse me Ashleigh and Pudsey who? ? ? ?" A second chimed in: "Dog acts on got talent nothing will beat the late Pudsey."
Another concurred: "No one will beat Pudsey the dog I fear - don't even try." Yet another vented, "She's never going to be as good as Pudsey and her trainer Ashley."
