Amanda Owen will not be a part of the new Our Yorkshire Farm spin-off show featuring her husband.

Channel 5 has confirmed there will be no more series of the popular documentary series set at Ravenseat Farm, and it will instead be replaced by Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben & Clive.

Farmer Clive Owen and his eldest son Reuben, 18, will be the focus of the new show, launching on Tuesday, 6 December, charting Reuben's first year in business on the farm, having grown up in the rural environment.

Daniel Pearl, Factual Boss of Channel 5, said: "The Owens have become everyone’s favourite farming family and millions have enjoyed watching their unique way of life.

"It’s fantastic that we can now all follow Reuben and Clive on their next adventure.”

He added: “We remain absolutely committed to the whole wonderful Owen family and hope to announce new projects with Amanda very soon.”

Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda, 48, confirmed her separation from 67-year-old farmer Clive earlier this year after 21 years of marriage.

The couple had previously denied rumours their relationship was under strain.

She said in a statement: "Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate.

"This hasn't been easy, but we both believe it's the right choice for the future of our family.

"Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children.

"We would like to thank everyone for their support and would that the media please respect our privacy as we work through this difficult time."

The couple have nine children together: Raven, 21, Reuben, Miles, 15, Edith, 13, Violet, 11, Sidney, 10, Annas, eight, Clemmie, six, and Nancy, five.

The Yorkshire family rose to fame in 2011, after their 2,000-acre working farm featured in The Dales with Adrian Edmondson.
