Amazon issues six-month warning to Prime customers born in these years

Amazon has issued a six-month warning to Prime customers. The US retail giant is offering Prime for HALF-PRICE - but only if you are a student and aged between 18 and 22, the online marketplace and online retail giant has confirmed.

It says: "Start your 6-month trial Then, enjoy Prime at half the price. Only for Students and 18-22 year-olds. 6-month trial courtesy of Microsoft Surface, for new members only. After your trial, your Prime membership will automatically renew at £4.49/month. (50% off)."

With Prime you can "enjoy unlimited One-Day Delivery and Same-Day delivery for eligible orders above £20 in the UK, and Priority Delivery to ROI on millions of items," Amazon says. Customers will also get exclusive deals, the US retail giant says.

"Help yourself to a selection of special Prime member deals, and early access to Lightning Deals," it says. "Look for the Prime check mark as you shop. It means fast, free delivery!" On Prime Video, you get "new releases. Award-winning Amazon Originals. Watch what you love on your favourite devices with limited ads."

Prime members can share certain benefits with another adult in their Amazon Household. Prime Student does not include Household sharing of Prime benefits. Amazon says: "If you signed-up for your Prime membership directly through us, you may cancel your Prime membership at any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings. Paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for up to a full refund of the current membership period."

And the retailer says: "When your free trial or membership period ends we'll automatically charge for the next membership period." With Prime Video, viewers can watch everything from recent sci-fi blockbuster series Fallout to the likes of The Summer I Turned Pretty, as well as The Boys and its spin-off Gen V.
