Ambulance bosses 'disappointed' at social media video appearing to show staff member doing headstands while at work

Ambulance bosses say they are 'disappointed' at discovering a video posted on social media appearing to show a member of staff doing headstands while at work.

In the footage a uniformed worker, wearing a headset, is seen balancing on their head. The video was posted on Instagram with the caption 'Saving lives xoxox'.

People can be heard laughing in the footage.

The North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) told the Manchester Evening News it was 'disappointed' to learn of the video and said it was 'looking into' the circumstances.

A spokesperson did not confirm where the video is understood to have been filmed. Bosses have not confirmed the circumstances in which the video was taken

An NWAS spokesperson said in a statement: "We are disappointed to learn of this and are looking into it."
