“American Pie” Star Seann William Scott Finalizes Divorce from Wife Olivia After 4 Years of Marriage

Seann William Scott and Olivia Korenberg are officially divorced.

Scott, 47, and Korenberg, a Los Angeles–based interior designer, dissolved their marriage on Monday, May 6, after the American Pie star initially filed for divorce back in February, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The documents filed Monday indicate the pair's divorce is uncontested; in February, Scott cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the former couple's split.

Scott and Olivia married on Sept. 21, 2019 and listed their date of separation as Oct. 2, 2023 in February's initial divorce filing. They remained private about their relationship through their four years of marriage. Documents obtained by PEOPLE regarding their divorce in February revealed that the former couple share daughter Frankie Rose, who was born in June 2020.

Court documents obtained by PEOPLE dated May 6 indicate Scott and Korenberg's agreements regarding joint legal and physical custody of their daughter have not changed since Scott's initial divorce filing. Both Scott and Korenberg are terminating their rights to spousal support following their divorce, according to the docs.

Before Scott's divorce filing in February, PEOPLE reported that he listed his Venice, California, five-bedroom home for $4.9 million. The actor, best known for his role as Steve Stifler in the American Pie series, has also starred in the two hockey-themed comedies Goon and lent his voice to the Ice Age animated film series. Most recently, Scott appeared in the 2023 movie The Wrath of Becky; his IMDb profile indicates he has two upcoming projects, including the 2024 movie Jackpot.

Scott was previously engaged to former Victoria's Secret model Lindsay Frimodt back in 2012.

American Pie made $102.5 million at the domestic box office and $235 million globally upon its July 1999 theatrical release. Scott has stated in the past that he was paid $8,000 in total for acting in the initial movie, which spawned three sequels and a number of spinoff films.
