Amy Schumer's Life & Beth gets season 2 release date
Amy Schumer's semi-autobiographical comedy Life & Beth has received a release date for its second season at Hulu.
All 10 episodes of season two will release on the streaming service on February 16 – nearly two years after the programme's first season.
The comedy follows Schumer as Beth, whose perfect life is upended after a traumatic incident forces her to relive her previous experiences as a young woman, learning more about her current self along the way.

The official synopsis of Life & Beth season two reads as follows: "As Beth and John's relationship grows more serious, Beth begins to examine the possibilities of marriage and having a family, as she and John seek answers for their communication problems."
It continues by hinting at trouble on the horizon for Beth: "Is Beth's traumatic history with men, and people she trusted from her youth destined to repeat itself? And what is triggering her fears?
"Beth does her best to keep her relationships alive while struggling to support friends and family who are all facing their own problems while entering their fourth decade."

Schumer stars in the series alongside Michael Cera, Susannah Flood and Violet Young, the last of whom appears as a younger version of Schumer in flashbacks.
Kevin Kane, Yamaneika Saunders, Laura Benanti, Michael Rapaport, LaVar Walker, Sas Goldberg, Arielle Siegel and Rosebud Baker also star.
The first season ended with Beth putting her relationship with John (Cera) on hold, in favour of living her own life, rather than as a passive character.
The series debuted to favourable reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, averaging 90% from critics.
Life & Beth season one is available to stream on Hulu and Disney+
Life & Beth season two will be available to stream on February 16.
