Andy Murray 'leak' from within leaves Judy furious as she lets rip and insists Wimbledon dream is NOT over

Upset Judy Murray has slammed a report which claimed Andy Murray was out of Wimbledon before offering up hope the tennis icon could still make SW19.

The Telegraph announced on Sunday that the triple Grand slam champion was to miss the biggest tournament in the sport after surgery for a spinal cyst – which comes with a six-week recovery period. But tennis coach and mum Judy has let rip and hinted someone close to the twice Wimbledon kingpin shared the information with the London-based publication. Murray retired at Queen's last week against Jordan Thompson and then went for his procedure in what many believe will be his last appearance in London.

Speaking on social media, Judy Murray served up a fizzing response, stating: "When your private medical details are leaked to the media by someone you thought you could trust. So disappointing. And – FYI – not ruled out yet." Murray has hinted multiple times this season it could be his last year on the tour with the 37-year-old battling back career-threatening hip surgery.
