What did you miss?

Ant McPartlin has revealed his presenting partner Dec Donnelly’s most annoying habit – being late.

The TV star spilled the beans as the pair appeared on ITV’s Lorraine, where they took part in a light-hearted quiz to see how much they knew about each other. Questions included their best qualities and which songs were most likely to get them up on the dancefloor. And Ant took the opportunity to have a cheeky dig about Dec’s tardiness.

What, how, and why?

The TV stars were given cards to write down their answers as they were probed about each other. When they were asked each other’s most annoying habit, Ant scrawled down the words “late late late late late”.

Holding his card up, he started to laugh as Dec pretended to look outraged. As the pair giggled, Ant teased they had only been on time for Lorraine that day because he had hurried Dec along.

“He’s not very good at being on time," he insisted. "I was here first and I was like, 'Come on, we’ve got to get upstairs and do the interview'."

The pair were also quizzed on each other’s best tunes and most glowing qualities, with Ant calling Dec “funny” and Dec saying how “thoughtful" and "caring” his co-star was.

What else happened on Lorraine?

Having wrapped the last series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! the pair have now turned their attention to Limitless Win, which is back for a third run this month. The game show sees contestants answering questions and climbing a ladder as they compete for an unlimited pot of prize money.

The pair have teased that the new series will see a lucky hopeful land the show’s biggest jackpot yet - a whopping million pounds. “It’s series three and they know the show inside out now don’t they?” said Ant.

“They’ve come prepared. Big wins, the most wins we have given away and a million pound win.”

“It’s got everything, this series has got everything, it has got drama, it has got everything,” he said. Dec chimed in: “They have really kind of taken us on at our own game this year.”

Ant added: "We kind of joke off camera and say, 'Is this the couple who are going to bankrupt ITV?' Secretly we are stood there thinking, the higher up you go, the better it is. Because we just want them to walk away with bags of cash."

Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win begins on Saturday, 6 January at 8.30pm on ITV.
