Ant McPartlin's wife Lisa Armstrong hints she's 'in pain' following split and drink-driving arrest

Lisa Armstrong has hinted that she is “in pain” following her split from Ant McPartlin.

The make-up artist, who recently split from the TV star after 11 years of marriage, has liked a handful of supportive tweets from fans following the presenter's drink-driving arrest.

One user reached out, saying they would love to “take all this pain away”.

The post read: “I see the hurt & pain on your face today sorry your hounded & not given a moments peace your such a beautiful gracious lady I wish I could take all this pain away & wrap it up & throw it away so that we could see a smile once more upon your face & peace in your heart.”

Armstrong also hinted at a reconciliation with McPartlin after liking an A. J. Lawless quote that read: “I know the rain is cold my dear, but dance in it a little while you wait for the sun.”
