She has now confirmed the pair are returning to their initial plan to get married in Italy, so will be tying the knot in 2023.

She told Daily Mail: "We’re definitely going to do it next year!"

This will be Turner's third marriage, following an eight-year marriage to Peter Powell from 1990-1998, and a 13-year marriage to Grant Bovey from 2000 to 2013.

"We honestly knew straightaway it was something serious and that there was a great connection. It was all a bit quick and a bit crazy but sometimes those crazy moves work out," Turner told The Mirror in 2021.

"Nobody tried to talk me out of it. I think everybody could see I was so happy and this person had made such an impression on me.

"It’s very different having a relationship when you’re older. You’re not thinking about buying a house or having children together. Instead you look at the best and happiest way to spend your remaining years on the planet."
