Here's Britain's Got Talent star Connie Talbot now

From Digital Spy

Remember Connie Talbot, the young singer who shot to stardom 11 years ago on Britain's Got Talent?

Then aged 6, Connie made it to the talent show's final back in 2007 where she performed 'Over the Rainbow'. However, the stars didn't quite align for the young vocalist as she lost out to operatic sensation Paul Potts.

Well, Connie is now 17, and her Instagram account shows just how much she's changed since her early days on ITV.

One follower responded to a recent post with: "Oh my Connie, who would have ever guessed you would grow from that toothie little girl to be so beautiful, and with the voice of an Angel."

Another shared: "Your music is so inspiring and currently in love with all ur original and can't wait to hear more new originals! I been a fan since u and Simon Cowell! I hope you get to impress him one day."

Connie, who uploads her original music and covers to YouTube, has previously reflected uncomfortably on her time performing on Britain's Got Talent, noting: "It's embarrassing, when I hear that chipmunk voice...

"I sounded like a chipmunk!" she cringed, but the teenage star said the experience of losing in the final wasn't that devastating.

"I think I was too little. I just wanted to go on the show. I wanted to put on a good show for Simon. I wasn't upset at all."

Connie's time on BGT propelled her to international fame, even collaborating with Beyoncé producer Toby Gad.

"I went over to LA when I was 11, and I did some songwriting. And it was just incredible. It was amazing," she recalled. "I was more starstruck than I've ever been because he was amazing. I didn't know what to do or say."
