Look at this photo of First Lady Melania Trump and Prince Harry. Yes, he's very dreamy. But what is going on with his hand?

Here is the scene from another angle:

Harry met with the First Lady at the Invictus Games, which started in Toronto on Saturday (September 23). (This was also where the prince and his girlfriend, Suits star Meghan Markle, made their first public appearance together – sort of – at an official event.)

In almost all of their photos together, Harry has his middle and ring fingers slipped into his jacket.

While it's customary for public figures to take photos with each other at these sorts of things, Harry's hand "pose" looks a lot like, among other things, the "hang ten" symbols, horns (which can represent the UT Longhorns and are, ah, the "sign of the devil"), or what someone who's nervous or uncomfortable does when they don't know how else to hold themselves.

As Jezebel reported, it's not as though the photographers happened to catch Harry's hand in the strange position. He held his hand that way for quite a bit - and as a result, a large number of the photos of him with FLOTUS have this weird little visual:

Could this have been his sly way of signalling discomfort upon meeting the less tweet-happy Trump? It's unlikely that anyone in the royal family could comment, much less clarify, but feel free to let your imagination fill in the gaps.
