Police are appealing to the public to call 999 if they see missing teenager Jayden, from Bristol. Jayden is said to be a vulnerable young man, and police are concerned for his welfare -Credit:Avon and Somerset Constabulary

Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing Bristol teenager and are appealing for the public's help to find him. Jayden is said to be a vulnerable young man and police are asking anyone who sees him to call 999.

Avon and Somerset police have posted an appeal to find Jayden on social media. The force say they believe he has travelled from Bristol to Taunton in Somerset.

The Avon and Somerset post on X, formerly Twitter, said: "Jayden is missing from #Bristol & may have travelled to Taunton. He's 16 vulnerable & we're concerned for his welfare.

"Jayden's 6ft tall and of mixed Black heritage, with braided black hair, wearing a navy hoody and black trainers. Pls call 999 ref 5224107910 if you see him."
