Arctic Blast Brings Hazardous Conditions to Oswego
Heavy snow and intense winds caused hazardous conditions across parts of Oswego, New York, as a blast of Arctic air swept through the region on Thursday, February 2.
This video showing a snow squall was filmed by Nicholas Cusano, who said he captured it in Oswego.
The National Weather Service warned residents the Arctic blast would bring a burst of heavy snow and wind gusts over 40 mph.
